Jordan Buckley is a Regional Farm Manager with nearly a decade of experience in the nut farming industry. Beginning his career in irrigation management, he developed a strong foundation in one of agriculture’s most critical components before expanding his expertise across all aspects of farm operations. Jordan uses data-driven insights and strategic planning to improve efficiency, support productive crop outcomes, and drive consistent performance across the valley. He values the ever-changing nature of agriculture and the opportunities each growing season brings.

Cody Galvan is a Farm Operations Manager overseeing row crops and orchard operations in California’s Central Valley. With deep agricultural roots and hands-on experience, he leads field operations, equipment readiness, and harvest execution while supporting strong team performance and efficient farm management. Cody is committed to quality production, operational efficiency, and delivering consistent results across all properties.

Jason Errecart Is a Regional Farm Manager with over 13 years of experience in tree nut agriculture specializing in almond and pistachio production. He oversees large scale orchard operations with a focus on optimizing yield, improving efficiency, and maintaining high standards of sustainability and quality. His approach combines hands on leadership with data-driven decision making to deliver consistent results and support long term operational success.

Kamran Assemi

Analytics Manager

Kamran Assemi is the Data and Analytics Manager at Diversified Land Management with over 13 years of experience in finance, data automation, and business intelligence. He began his career in commercial banking, managing credit risk, analyzing financial statements, and structuring commercial loans, before transitioning to agribusiness , where he developed analytical tools that streamlined processes and improved operational efficiency across large-scale farming operations. At DLM, Kamran continues to refine those tools, overseeing all company databases and leading efforts in process automation, performance tracking, agricultural analytics, and data optimization. A Magna Cum Laude graduate from California State University, Fresno with a degree in Finance, Kamran combines technical expertise with a passion for data-driven solutions to support informed decision-making and operational excellence.

Bobby Craig

VP of Business / Partner

Bobby Craig is a Partner and VP of Business. He’s a results-driven agriculture professional with a strong background in strategic planning, crop performance analysis, and operational leadership. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Agriculture Business from California State University, Fresno, and brings a data-informed approach to farm management. Bobby previously served as Director of Farm Business Operations , managing budgeting and business functions across 30,000 acres. He also worked as a Farm Manager for pistachio, almond, and walnut orchards, where he successfully reduced spending by 25% while maintaining or improving yields. Skilled in budgeting, procurement, and contract negotiation, Bobby is focused on applying best practices to drive efficiency and productivity across agricultural operations.

Lindsay Cederquist

Director of Water Resources

Lindsay Cederquist serves as Director of Water Resources at Diversified Land Management, bringing over a decade of expertise in water asset management across federal and state water districts in California’s Central Valley. She specializes in water modeling, irrigation budgeting, water transfers, and brokering, with deep knowledge of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). Lindsay offers strategic guidance to help DLM clients achieve water sustainability and is experienced in managing recharge and banking projects. Her strong relationships with water districts and GSAs from Merced to Kern County enable her to effectively align board actions and policies at the ranch level. Passionate about the future of California agriculture, Lindsay is dedicated to securing reliable, affordable water solutions for DLM clients. She also serves on several boards, including Arroyo Pasajero Mutual Water Company, Upper San Jose Water Company, and the North Kings GSA Ad Hoc Committee.

Ryan Doglione

VP of Farming / Partner

Ryan Doglione is Vice President of Farming, bringing nearly 20 years of experience across both permanent and row crops at scale. He currently leads a dedicated team of DLM Farm Managers, supervisors, and foremen overseeing a client portfolio of approximately 30,000 acres throughout California’s Central Valley. Acting as the key link between field operations and the farm business team, Ryan is deeply involved in crop planning, land development, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. With a strong background as a farm labor contractor, he brings valuable insight into labor laws and operational efficiency. Ryan is known for his deep industry network, forward-thinking approach, and hands-on leadership style—always driven by a passion for farming and a commitment to innovation in the field.

Andrea Cooper

Farm Business Manager

Andrea Cooper is a Farm Business Manager who brings over a decade of experience in the farming industry, specializing in client management support, vendor relations, and cross-functional operations. She serves as the primary point of contact for Receiverships, managing historical data requests, payment workflows, and vendor communications across all farming units. Andrea also supports procurement and contract management for pollination, harvest, and nursery programs, while providing first-level IT support and helping maintain network infrastructure. Known for her focus on process improvement and collaboration, she works closely with Farm Managers and leadership on land use planning and compliance.

Clay beck

President/Partner

Clay Beck is President of Diversified Land Management, bringing over 20 years of experience in the nut farming industry and a proven track record of operational leadership and team development. He oversees day-to-day operations across a 30,000-acre client portfolio, including farm management, water resources, compliance, asset oversight, and business operations. Clay has played a key role in scaling the business from 3,500 to 40,000 acres, leading in-field development and growth strategies while building a loyal, low-turnover team culture. He has also developed custom farm management tools to drive efficiency in water modeling, procurement, labor management, and crop tracking. With deep expertise in water resource planning and strong industry relationships, Clay serves as a vital liaison between ownership, corporate stakeholders, and financial institutions. He is an active member of the Pesticide Applicators Professional Association and American Pistachio Growers.
